Dairy Manager
SAI Platform is at the forefront of transforming global food systems, bringing together 200+ leading food and beverage companies to drive sustainable agriculture at scale. We’re looking for a Dairy Manager to lead collaborative action, align industry players, and develop impactful solutions that make a real difference across farming systems and supply chains.
What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate industry collaboration to drive sustainability in dairy supply chains
- Lead working groups, facilitate member consultations, align stakeholders, and manage multi-year projects
- Shape and implement best practice solutions for members at farm and supply chain levels
- Engage with regional and global partners to influence sustainability agendas
- Establish and optimise evaluation and reporting mechanisms to monitor and share progress
- Collaborate closely with other internal teams to support user engagement and adoption of the Sustainable Dairy Partnership (SDP) reporting solution and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Identify and nurture potential new Dairy members, to continue to grow the Working Group
- Design communication assets and material (such as reports, news articles, social media posts) to grow the awareness of the work done by the Working Group and amplify the impact
- Facilitate knowledge share between Dairy Working Group members, and with external experts
- Support the establishment of regional hubs and initiatives to build understanding and scale solutions
What You’ll Bring:
- Outstanding communication, moderation and leadership skills with the ability to facilitate and lead large industry groups
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual skills
- Thorough understanding of continuous sustainability improvement approaches in food and drink value chains with some exposure and knowledge of the dairy sector
- Understanding of food and drink business sustainability demands, and end to end supply chain
This is a UK based hybrid role with a mixture of remote and office-based working. Applicants should be based within a commutable distance from London to attend team meetings, circa 1-2 days every two weeks.

SAI Platform is looking for a skilled Communications Officer to join our dynamic, international team on a fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave absence.
You’ll play a key role in executing our communications strategy – bringing to life impactful content and campaigns that reflect our vision for sustainable and regenerative agriculture. From social media and web content to event support and media relations, you’ll help ensure our voice is strong, consistent, and engaging.
What you’ll do:
- Design and implement compelling multi-channel digital campaigns
- Manage and grow our social media presence
- Update and maintain our website
- Create news articles, newsletters, member case studies and event reports to showcase our impact
- Track and report on web and social media engagement
- Collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders
- Use your creative expertise to create impactful presentations, visuals, and videos
What we’re looking for:
- Strong comms experience in a fast-paced, international setting
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, video/photo editing, CMS (WordPress)
- Native or fluent English communicator (written and spoken)
- Self-starter with a keen eye for design and detail
- Experience in sustainability and the agri-food industry a plus
